SYLVESTER Stallone was once accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl while filming in Las Vegas, it has emerged.
A police report from 1986 which has only just emerged details allegations that the woman was “intimidated” into having sex with the Rocky star, aged 40 at the time, and his bodyguard Michael De Luca.

The teenager told cops that she felt she had “no choice” and that she was “very uncomfortable”, claiming that Stallone made her give him and his bodyguard oral sex.
She has also alleged that Stallone threatened her to not tell anyone about the incident as both men were married.
The unnamed woman said she was told by Stallone that he and his bodyguard “would have to beat her head in” if she spoke out.
After speaking to cops, she decided to not pursue charges as she was “humiliated and ashamed”.

The report has been uncovered by the Daily Mail 31 years on from the alleged incident.
Stallone is now 71, but De Luca, 27 at the time, died in 2013 after being fatally shot by California police during a traffic stop.
The movie star was filming Over the Top at the time, and met the girl at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel where she was staying with family friends.
After approaching Stallone for an autograph, she says the Rocky star asked her “how she got such a build” upon learning she’s 16.
She asked for a kiss, and, according to the police report: “He replied that he would give her a kiss at a later date, that she would not forget.”

The next day she was approached by De Luca, who gave her keys for a room on the 27th floor and told her to go there.
She claims that after going to the room she had sex with Stallone while De Luca waited in the bathroom.
It is then alleged that Stallone asked her if she’d had sex with two men before, and when she responded that she hadn’t he went to get De Luca.
The woman claims she was then forced to perform oral sex on the men.
The report adds: “She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do.
“She became very uncomfortable with the situation.
“She states she did not want to have any type of sexual contact with the bodyguard, but felt she had no choice in the matter.
“She states there was no actual physical force, but she did feel intimidated.”
At the time she told police: “I’m humiliated and ashamed, but I don’t want to prosecute.

“I’m kind of scared and I’m very ashamed. I don’t want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don’t want to prosecute.
“I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.”
Responding to today’s reports of the alleged incident, Stallone’s agent issued a denial.
A statement read: “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr Stallone.
“At no time was Mr Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter. It never happened.”
A year after the alleged incident, Stallone’s half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti claimed that Stallone raped her and sexually assaulted her for years.
Stallone denied wrongdoing but later agreed to pay Filiti $2million and $16,666 a month for the rest of her life.
